For Teachers
This page is all about you, the teachers that work tirelessly on installing a fundamental understanding of maths in our students.
And, with exceptionally low teacher-student ratios in our schools, growing numbers of concentration and behavioral challenged (diagnosed) students requiring different, extra and specific attention, and time and resources usually limited and stretched, Maths Australia aims to support you, the maths teachers around Australia and beyond.
One of our flagship programs, the long established and proven Math-U-See learning program has consistently achieved groundbreaking results for students of all ages and abilities, especially those with learning and concentration challenges. The award-winning maths learning program has assisted students and teachers for over 12 years here in Australia. Its success is due to the multi-sensory, highly engaging nature of the program, the simplicity with which it lets students discover and understand maths and the sequential progression that allows students (even gifted ones) move from one program to the next in order to meet classroom requirements or beyond.
After many trials with various students, in special education and schools in Australia and around the world, we know that the Math-U-See program is second to none, delivers the desired results and is more cost effective than one-on-one tuition. Results do speak for themselves… Please see the graph below which highlights the improvement of student outcomes after working with the Math-U-See program.
It is for you, the teachers, that we offer special group packages, re-production licenses for the Math-U-See workbooks and program sheets, plus other ways to help you help those that need extra assistance to gain a good understanding of maths.
We encourage you to contact our National Program Team on (03) 8618 6968 or send your inquiry to

The Math-U-See sample pack includes an introductory DVD with samples lessons and a thorough introduction to the concept of the award-winning Math-U-See program, as well as sample blocks and worksheets.
According to Mr Philip Stephens, Principle and head teacher at Koolaburra School in NT, Australia, the results with all his students, many of which are aboriginal children, have been more than amazing.
We look forward to supporting you with your students – whether slow, gifted, challenged, requiring a variety of learning styles or with special needs.
